What started in 2017 as a humble outpost in Wanchai’s charming St. Francis Yard has now grown to 10 areas throughout Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and even Shanghai. This pasta bar’s idea is easy but irresistible – hand-rolled, down-to-earth Italian pastas made recent day by day, served in photogenic, retro-chic interiors. Each dish bursts with flavour, from the spicy orecchiette ‘nduja to the indulgent tagliolini truffle. Can’t work out what to strive? The tasting menu provides a number of starters, pastas and desserts (tiramisu, anybody?) for a whole and satisfying meal.
