In-person auditing and H&S checklists
Wherever attainable, our dad or mum firm’s (Flight Centre Journey Group – FCTG) International Operations Threat Supervisor, Claydon Stayt, or Operational Threat Officer, Andrew Howells, or a nominated marketing consultant, conduct in-person H&S audits of our community-led tourism and growth initiatives, and suppliers (together with lodging, transportation and exercise suppliers).
The place not attainable, we ask our suppliers to fill out security checklists. For our instructional journey excursions, we have now a particularly designed guidelines for lodging utilized in villages.
Instance questions consider:
- Whether or not any smoke detection is current
- The water security of the lodging
- If there’s any nighttime safety on-site
